In this role, you will assist with essential daily tasks under the guidance of a Staff Nurse. Your contributions will include administering personal care, aiding transfers, and promoting social interactions, all while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate personal hygiene practices for residents
• Assist transfers with mechanical lifts and safety measures
• Support residents during meal times and snacks
• Deliver routine treatments and procedures
• Aid residents in socializing and participating in activities

Requirements:
• One year experience in continuing care is preferred
• Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate Course
• Active registration with the CLHA
• Proficient in English communication
• Post-secondary education preferred
