Company Description EvolveX helps employers assess early-career talent and career switchers through real work rather than resumes or AI-polished applications. We are helping SEATARRA INGREDIENTS hire for their next video editor position. Candidates complete structured Proof Cohorts, and the AI Validation Engine transforms their project outputs, process data, and feedback into reliable Evidence Packs.

This approach gives organizations a safer way to shortlist, trial-hire, and develop talent, while providing candidates with tangible proof and sponsorship to access meaningful opportunities. EvolveX is backed by Loyal VC, a global early-stage venture fund that supports mission-driven founders, offering a strong foundation for innovation and growth.
