We have an opening for a Videographer to join our Toronto team. This role independently executes video production across client projects, from planning and filming through to editing, and delivers polished, high-quality content that supports our clients' marketing objectives.

So what kind of person fits the role? Someone who's confident behind the camera and just as comfortable in the editing bay, and who takes real pride in the craft of both. A person who can run a shoot independently but works well within a larger production team, adapting to changing environments without losing sight of the shot. Someone who treats every client interaction as a chance to represent the brand well, on set and off.

Key Responsibilities:

Video & Photography Production

- Capture high-quality video and photography across interviews, campaigns, events, and branded content
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment independently
- Execute shoots based on creative direction, shot lists, and production plans
- Ensure technical quality, composition, and consistency across all captured content

Post-Production & Editing

- Edit video content and retouch photography across marketing, campaign, and social formats
- Deliver polished, engaging visual content aligned with creative and client expectations
- Manage revisions efficiently across both video and photo deliverables





Pre-Production Collaboration

- Provide input on production setup, equipment, and execution strategy
- Support preparation of gear and logistics across shoot types

Equipment & Workflow Management

- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in working order
- Manage files, footage, and project organization
- Follow production workflows from pre- through post-production

On-Site Execution

- Travel frequently for client and internal productions
- Represent SitePartners professionally on-site, ensuring a strong client experience
- Execute production work effectively across a range of environments

Qualifications/Skills Required:

- 2+ years of experience independently capturing and editing video and photography for client or campaign work
- Strong technical command of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is an asset
- Solid understanding of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working across a range of production environments and client types
- Post-secondary education in film, media production, or a related field is an asset
- Physically able to lift 30lbs regularly, to operate video equipment. (This stuff is heavy.)

The Perks:

- Compensation: $55,000 - $67,000 (based on experience)
