Requirements

- Proven experience in project management and supervising remote teams
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate project data and team performance effectively
- Multilingual capabilities to support diverse client needs and team collaboration
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Skilled in negotiation to align project expectations with client requirements
- Previous experience in virtual work environments or remote management roles preferred
