HPHA is a multi-site organization that includes Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital.ROLEREQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION(S)Current Certificate of Registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses of OntarioCompletion of a 12 lead ECG interpretation and basic cardiac arrhythmia interpretation coursesCurrent BLS certificationCompletion of IV Therapy courseCompletion of IV Start course or equivalent including flushing of PRN adaptorsREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE(S)Minimum of two (2) years recent nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred with the ability to work to full scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of OntarioExperience working with adult and paediatric populationsKnowledge of Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, Paediatric, Gyn/ Obstetric and Mental Health nursingSkilled in Medication Administration and IV drug administrationSubcutaneous port insertion and drug administrationExperience in cardiac care, wound and burn care, insertion of gastric tubesSkill in assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of patient care in compliance to CNO scope of practiceComprehension of the CNO Three Factor Framework of patient care requirements,
