Analyze and evaluate business process performance process by documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points and opportunities, gathering stakeholder input, and supporting the development of future state processes.



Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs; facilitate process discussions and support the successful implementation of improvements.

Analyze process performance by gathering business requirements and operational data, supporting process metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and root causes, and recommending opportunities to improve performance. Employ methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure that solutions meet user requirements and operational needs.

Develop project plans and support projects to successful completion. Develop and maintain process documentation such as process maps, standard operating procedures, work instructions and other materials that help teams understand and consistently execute processes. 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Process Improvement, Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.

Experience evaluating and implementing customer experience, behaviour-based improvement, and change management strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Visio, and Project.

Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service workplace is an asset.

Experience with Yardi or other property management technology is an asset.

Lean Six Sigma

Yellow/Green Belt or change management training is an asset.
