Work Details & Responsibilities

Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with the organization and management of personal injury files
- Reviewing and organizing medical records and other supporting documentation
- Preparing medical chronologies and document summaries
- Conducting legal research on personal injury and litigation issues
- Assisting with drafting correspondence and routine legal documents
- Assisting with preparation of pleadings and litigation materials
- Reviewing productions, undertakings, and other file documentation
- Assisting with documentary disclosure and file organization
- Helping prepare files for discoveries, mediations, motions, and other litigation steps
- Communicating with clients for routine file-related information under supervision
- Assisting with requests for medical records and other documentation
- Maintaining accurate and organized electronic files
- Assisting with administrative tasks connected to active client matters
- Learning the practical workflow of a personal injury claim from intake through resolution

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is:
- Currently enrolled in law school, a paralegal program, legal studies, or a related program
- Genuinely interested in personal injury and civil litigation
- Eager to learn and willing to take initiative




- Professional and comfortable handling confidential information
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Able to follow instructions while also working independently
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and electronic documents
- Interested in obtaining meaningful practical experience rather than simply observing

Previous personal injury experience is not required. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn.
