- Build relationships with prospective clients and establish Reverba as a trusted partner within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations.

- Work closely with internal Client Partners, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to develop larger, more strategic programs.
- Customize presentations, proposals, and client materials that clearly connect client needs to Reverba’s capabilities and solutions.
- Manage the business development pipeline, maintain accurate CRM activity,

and provide weekly pipeline updates to Reverba’s leadership team.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, track performance against goals, and meet or exceed new business development targets.
- Monitor competitive and industry developments and use those insights to inform positioning, opportunity development, and client conversations.
- Establish relationships with industry influencers, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent Reverba at trade association meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
- Manage business development expenditures responsibly and complete related administrative and expense-reporting requirements.
- Model Reverba’s values in every client, partner, and internal interaction.

What You Bring

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- Approximately 10 or more years of progressive business development, strategic sales, partnerships, or client growth experience.
- Deep experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare agency, medical communications, patient engagement, or related life sciences environment.
- Demonstrated success securing new business and expanding existing client accounts within a service-based biopharmaceutical or healthcare organization.
- A proven ability to identify whitespace, develop strategic recommendations, and convert opportunities into incremental revenue.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical brands, client organizations, industry dynamics, and the ways medical, patient engagement, marketing, and commercial stakeholders intersect.
- The ability to move beyond executing a client brief to uncover what the client is ultimately trying to solve.
- Strong strategic thinking and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect marketplace, client, brand, and stakeholder insights.
- Executive-level presence and the confidence to lead complex conversations with senior client decision-makers.
- Exceptional presentation and strategic storytelling capabilities, including the ability to develop a persuasive point of view and communicate it clearly.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A successful track record of developing and maintaining trusted, long-term professional relationships.
- Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working through ambiguity.
