Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and preparing shipments for delivery while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes
- Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Support warehouse distribution operations by organizing inventory, stocking shelves,



and maintaining a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper load securing for transportation

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is highly preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers; certification is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
- Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail in order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
