Reporting to the Senior Manager IT Services, this position is responsible for leading and managing all platform operations — including servers, data centers, cloud, backup and storage— by overseeing daily operations, change management, and escalations. Provide hands‑on mentorship in key technologies (Windows Servers, Hyper V, VMware, Dell SAN, PowerMax, Linux Red Hat, Kubernetes), leveraging leadership and technical expertise to drive operational excellence and team development. Azure experience is a plus.Key AccountabilitiesManage and support groups responsible for managing servers and cloud platforms.Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of servers, data centers, cloud environments,
