RESPONSIBILITIESWill include:TreasuryDaily monitoring of the cash management email inbox.Coordinate treasury requirements for new store openings and closings.Coordinate all changes to retail and corporate banking.Coordinate with service providers to manage cash in transit (armoured vehicles).Maintaining banking details in vendor master records.Handling corporate bank deposits.Maintenance of banking documentation.ComplianceCoordinating personal property tax filings with a third-party preparer.Coordinate with third party and retail stores in completing renewal of store business licences and openings/closings requirements.Support with filing and remitting bag tax in required jurisdictions.Coordinate approvals and signatures for banking, legal, and tax documents from authorized signatories.GeneralMonitor, review and distribute mail to ensure timely responses.Coordinate new shop openings and closing checklists.Coordinate and project manage finance-related projects.Other projects as required.You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:Required:2+ years of administrative experience.



Financial administrative experience is preferred.Proven experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.Proven knowledge of Microsoft and Google Office Suite.Robust organizational and project management skills.Effective communication skills.Proactive approach and initiative.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.Ability to work in person at our Vancouver office for a minimum of 3 days per week.Preferred:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.Retail experience is an asset.Job TypeRegular, Full Time.
