This is a high-visibility leadership role within a major global industrial organization (~19,000 employees across 1,000 sites), where performance has significant internal and external impact.This role is ideal for a strong engineering leader with deep heavy industrial maintenance experience, proven success in unionized environments, and a track record of driving cultural and operational transformation.
