you’ll establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, risk management practices, and decision-making structures.You’ll partner with senior leaders, technology teams, and system integrators to coordinate modernization activities across business units.You’ll prepare executive-level materials and reporting to support steering committee discussions and program decision-making.You’ll track program metrics, dependencies, risks, and value realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.Skills and Qualifications10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale programs in matrixed organizations, experiences with enterprise modernization initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations & Engineering business streams.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise change managementExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology teams, business units, and vendor partnersExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive executive decisionsAll qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
