Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service at the front counter and via phone
• Promote DUCA's services and open new Member accounts




• Make outbound follow-up calls to enhance Member relations
• Handle routine transactions like deposits and withdrawals
• Solve Member issues efficiently and elevate non-standard cases

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Cash handling experience in a banking workplace
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong computer system knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
