Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in applications for Alternate Resources
• Verify eligibility for multiple health programs
• Educate patients on their rights and benefits
• Submit applications accurately online and track status
• Conduct group educational meetings to inform patients
Requirements:
• High school graduate or GED
• One year experience in healthcare alternative resources
• Must become Certified Application Counselor within two weeks
• Strong oral, written, and computer skills
• Reliable with a history of satisfactory performance
