Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve advisor and employee experiences

Analyze current processes, capabilities, and user journeys to recommend future-state solutions

Engage with stakeholders across the organization to conduct capability mapping

Support the development of business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive presentations

Effectively engage with partners across teams and influence with key insights, formal recommendations and strategies

Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory and policy requirements

Research emerging technologies including Generative AI and evaluate how they can create business value

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Translate complex information into transparent recommendations for executive audiences.
