ParaMed is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker in Burk's Falls, Ontario. Provide care, support, and companionship to enhance the daily lives of patients in their homes.

This position involves working part time within the home and community care framework. You will help patients with activities of daily living, prepare meals according to care plans, and deliver companionship and light housekeeping. Your reliability and compassionate nature will be essential in supporting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily personal care and hygiene routines
• Prepare nutritious meals and special diet snacks
• Engage in basic housekeeping and companionship support
• Encourage independence within home and community settings
• Transport yourself to and from patient locations

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Compassionate demeanor when working with patients
• Flexibility and reliability to meet patient needs
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Screen
