Elevate workforce readiness at Líl̓wat Construction as the Workforce and Cultural Safety Lead. Ensure skilled employees support our ongoing construction and partnership projects.

In this full-time role, you will oversee workforce planning efforts, ensuring appropriate worker assignments and fostering culturally safe environments. You will engage with various stakeholders to improve workforce capacity and manage developmental training. Collaboration is key, as you work with community organizations and management to align resources with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support workforce training and development
• Maintain awareness of current project schedules and labour needs




• Promote respectful and productive workplace environments
• Identify and address workforce shortages and certification gaps
• Provide leadership with workforce capacity information

Requirements:
• 5-10 years experience in workforce or construction fields
• Robust relationship and communication skills
• Knowledge of community development processes
• Ability to manage changing workforce priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
