In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership and oversight to the Distribution Engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will ensure accurate, constructable designs that meet project deadlines. Your expertise will help tackle technical challenges while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and authenticate overhead and underground distribution designs
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technical staff
• Prepare project estimates and schedules




• Perform engineering calculations pertinent to distribution
• Ensure compliance with codes and client specifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Registered P.Eng. or PL.Eng. with APEGA
• 8+ years in electrical engineering focused on distribution
• Experience with utility or industrial projects
• Solid leadership and communication skills
