The role emphasizes knowledge in continuous improvement methods while managing capital projects and overseeing the Maintenance team's goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee repair planning for rotating equipment failures
• Engage in site OEE program maintenance and reporting
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives across the site
• Optimize maintenance strategies for critical assets
• Conduct root cause analysis on major equipment failures
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineer with P. Eng designation or in pursuit
• Minimum of 5 years in a chemical plant environment
• Familiarity with API and CSA standards
• Proficient with CMMS, preferably SAP
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment systems
