In this 12-month contract position, you'll oversee the complete lifecycle of IT service requests, from initial approval to delivery and asset tracking. Your expertise in financial management and logistics will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and cost control, while you work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. You’ll leverage your experience to improve processes and optimize workflows within a nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT fulfilment for hardware and software requests
• Ensure financial accuracy through validation of invoices and records




• Collaborate with vendors to resolve supply chain issues
• Track project performance using KPIs and schedule analysis
• Assist in project delivery by supporting planning and reporting

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in supply chain or IT
• 3-5 years' experience in an enterprise IT setup
• Experience with ERP and ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow
• Advanced Excel skills and solid financial management knowledge
• Solid problem-solving and communication abilities
