Gillis Sales seeks a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound and proactive sales for 6 hotels across Canada and/or the USA. This home-based role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits (2-4 times per year).
You’ll drive ROI, build a sales culture with GM and Front Desk staff, manage accounts in Salesforce, and grow market share through strategic prospecting. Travel as needed while delivering solid client experiences.
