Key Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements as per policy
• Analyze financial statements for material variances and adjustments
• Review and reconcile all balance sheet accounts effectively




• Communicate any material issues or gaps promptly
• Monitor cash flows and ensure timely reconciliations

Requirements:
• Qualified or enrolled CPA designation or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years in commercial property accounting
• Strong relationship-building communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Yardi recovery model is an asset
