Your Role: The Microsoft Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting the Integrated Case Management and Contact Center Solution built on the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and AI capabilities.
