You will work closely with the Executive Team, driving HSE initiatives and developing a culture of safety across the organization. Your comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills will enable you to assess HSE needs and improve policies and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted HSE advisor to the Executive leadership
• Develop and implement company-wide HSE strategies
• Lead the HSE team and mentor its growth
• Identify trends and provide actionable HSE insights
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of HSE experience, ideally in construction
• Expertise in regulatory standards such as OHSA and ISO
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with audits and corrective actions
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
