In this position, you will help manage the Highway Operations team, drawing on over five years of experience in maintenance or construction. Your responsibilities will include training team members, organizing maintenance schedules, and responding to winter and summer challenges. You will also be accountable for contractor compliance with safety standards and oversee the incident response plans for highways.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor staff on operational protocols
• Assist with winter storm response and summer maintenance




• Ensure contractor work aligns with MTO standards
• Facilitate weekly safety talks with staff
• Help manage scheduling and performance reviews

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• 5+ years experience in relevant fields
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• DZ driver's license or plan to obtain one
• Ability to solve problems effectively
