As part of this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of production tooling and equipment. Effective communication within the organization and adherence to quality management standards such as IATF 16949 will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain production tooling safely
• Conduct setup, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to maximize efficiency
• Participate in 5S and waste elimination initiatives
• Maintain accurate tracking data for dies and lathes

Requirements:
• Experience as a Tool and Die Maker
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety regulations and standards
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
• Knowledge of ISO14001 beneficial
