Position Information
Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range

$61,824 to $72,081 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement

WHAT IT TAKES

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized post-secondary institution.

A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in international student immigration advising.

Certification as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ( RCIC ) or Certification as a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor ( RISIA ) ( RCIC is preferred).

Must be in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council ( ICCRC ).

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Information

This full time, regular position is available starting September 21, 2026

Hours of work will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

This position is required to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs

Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs

Evening and occasional weekend work may be required.

The position is located at the Current Westminster campus; and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations
