Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding as needed for various products
• Read and interpret blueprints for tasks
• Maintain and use tools accurately
• Carry out welding equipment maintenance
• Document inspection and certification processes

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years' production experience
• CWB welding certification preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
• Solid communication skills
