This temporary full-time position in the Human Resources & Safety department will run until April 2, 2027. The successful candidate will coordinate corporate engagement initiatives and actively contribute to the RDN People Plan and Accessibility Plan. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
• Coordinate corporate programs enhancing employee experience
• Provide expertise on inclusion and accessibility initiatives




• Collaborate with departments to support employee engagement
• Contribute to the RDN People Plan and Accessibility Plan

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in HR, organizational development, or related field
• Five years of HR-related experience in corporate program coordination
• Experience in a public sector workplace preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
