Shape the future of students at Woodsworth College as a Program Advisor. In this full time position, you'll support the Summer Abroad and Teaching in Higher Education programs while advising students on their academic journey.

This role is critical for overseeing student applications and guiding them through various international study options. You'll review admissions applications, ensure proper documentation, and maintain databases for accurate enrollment information. Collaboration with casual staff and participation in promotional activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess admissions applications for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update application data regularly




• Prepare statistical reports from collected data
• Track student registration and maintain waiting lists
• Guide casual staff activities and program promotions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in post-secondary education
• Familiarity with databases and reporting tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with diverse student backgrounds
