Extendicare seeks an Operations Manager for an 18-month contract starting November 2026 in Oakville, Ontario. You will lead all administrative and financial functions in a long-term care home, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to ensure compliant, productive daily operations.
You will oversee payroll, HR processes, resident billing, budgets, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and resident/family service excellence.
