As the Social Services Director, you will be chiefly responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising a diverse team including MHPs and QMHPs. Your experience with dual diagnosis and trauma-informed care will be invaluable as you provide clinical case supervision and coordinate essential referrals. You will also contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff effectively
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities seamlessly




• Coordinate resident referrals to outside services as needed
• Provide clinical case supervision of treatment personnel
• Develop tools for Performance Improvement Projects (PIP)

Requirements:
• Licensure as a LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent required
• Minimum two years experience in direct care
• Three years supervisory experience preferred
• Strong decision-making and delegation abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
