Must be able to safely provide support to people with Behaviour Support Plans, includes wearing personal protective equipment and applying behavioural intervention techniques. Requires a high level of sensory awareness and mental effort in listening, communicating and interacting with people supported, families, staff, health care providers and members of the community.Must have the physical ability to provide personal care, push wheelchairs, drive and complete regular household tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling).
