You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders on all different kinds of shifts in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Traffic, Maintenance, and Sanitation Supervisors as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400 | Shift: Weekend Days (Fri/Sat/Sun 7am - 7pm)ResponsibilitiesProvide functional leadership, coaching,
