NetSuite Financial Administrator

on behalf of a

growing organization in the distribution sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines

strong accounting expertise with hands-on NetSuite experience

and enjoys improving systems, processes, reporting, and financial operations. What you’ll be responsible for:

Act as the primary NetSuite Financials administrator and subject matter expert Support AP, AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, banking and cash management Manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles and permissions Develop and enhance financial reports, KPIs and dashboards Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to Finance and Accounting users Lead user training and drive adoption of best practices Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and external NetSuite consultants Support ERP projects, upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives What we’re looking for:

5+ years of hands-on

NetSuite ERP experience Strong expertise in





NetSuite Financials Solid accounting background across AP, AR, GL, financial reporting and month-end close Experience with

inventory management Solid understanding of distribution, wholesale, logistics or other inventory-intensive environments Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related education This is a

hands-on, high-impact role
