Project Manager, Ventilation and Refrigeration Job requirements DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT software
ASP health and safety card (training provided by RGCV if needed)
Driver's licence
Honesty, positive stress management, a collaborative mindset, a proactive attitude and excellent communication are the skills sought for this position.

Demonstrate leadership, autonomy and resourcefulness
Description of tasks Analyzing plans and specifications during the bidding process
Preparing bids and submitting them through the BSDQ or to private clients
Attending site visits and being able to determine the required operations
Meeting with potential clients to offer our ventilation and refrigeration services, being able to scope the work and submit a proposal to the client
Coordinating the project with general contractors and other subcontractors before work begins.
Managing the production of fabrication drawings and coordination (CAD, REVIT and BIM)
Managing and producing shop drawings
Negotiating purchase prices with the various suppliers for each project
