Job Duties

Primarily responsible for the operation of refrigeration plants, boilers, HVAC and life safety systems,

Maintaining an accurate and regular log system of all plants as well as being able to perform maintenance on such plants and equipment,

Shift Work, 8 to 12 hour rotations including evenings, nights and weekends,

Ability to work independently,

General building maintenance.

Requirements

Must possess (4th) class Engineer Certification and/or Refrigeration Certificate, or Ice Facility Operator Certificate (IFO),





Able to read and interpret various schematics and drawings,

Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills required,

Proven self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work well independently with little supervision and as part of a team,

Interacts with all levels of the organization and public, must possess demonstrated interpersonal skills,

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and/or nights and weekends,
