Profile and qualifications required: Minimum of one year of sales experience
Dynamic and positive personality with a strong team spirit




Strong desire to succeed and achieve objectives
Punctual, honest, and autonomous
Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems
Ability to communicate in both French and English (to be able to respond to our English-speaking customers)
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience
Listen carefully to the customer's requests and needs
Present models that meet the client's needs and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
Explain the sales contract, warranties and other relevant information to customers
Keep client information up to date in the CRM (Serti)
Stay up to date on products, promotions, and manufacturer programs
