In this role, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of multiple service locations and ensuring that Karis’s principles are upheld. Your focus will be on promoting self-determination, enhancing relationships within the community, and collaborating with Direct Support Professionals to enrich the lives of those in our care. You will also be integral in implementing policies to maintain a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple Karis service locations
• Promote independence and self-determination for clients

Requirements:
• Valid Saskatchewan Full Class 5 Drivers License
• Reliable transportation availability
• Preferred 3.5 years of experience in developmental services
• 3-year degree in Developmental Services Worker preferred
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
