Build a Team

Who We're Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you are:

A licensed real estate salesperson or broker in good standing in Ontario

An ambitious real estate professional looking to expand beyond personal production

A current or aspiring team leader

An experienced agent with strong networking and relationship-building skills

Someone who enjoys recruiting, mentoring, and developing people

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and growth-oriented

Interested in building both a personal real estate business and a team

Management experience is not required. The ability to build relationships, identify talent, develop people, and take initiative is what matters most.
