The A&M; Tax Canada team is searching for interns passionate about taxation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate advisory services. This 8-month co-op will immerse you in both M&A; Tax and Core Tax practices, allowing you to engage in compliance and advisory responsibilities. You will support clients in navigating complex tax legislation and work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tax research and analyze current tax legislation
• Assist with tax due diligence procedures and report preparation




• Prepare tax compliance and consulting deliverables accurately
• Support tax audits and regulatory inquiries documentation
• Collaborate across service lines to integrate client solutions

Requirements:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business
• Interest in taxation, mergers, and acquisitions
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
