Production Supervisor

Cape Cod Finished Wood Siding, a division of Marwood Ltd., is looking for a driven and dependable Production Supervisor to join our team. Marwood Ltd. is a leading producer of premium forest products serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets across North America and Europe.

Location: 1948 Hammonds Plains Road

Schedule: 4-week rotating day/night shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate employees to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Support employee onboarding, training, cross-training, and development.

Participate in employee performance and accountability discussions.

Maintain accurate production records,



payroll hours, and other administrative duties.

What You Bring

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment and processes.

Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, with reliable transportation.

Previous supervisory and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Post‑sequential education is an asset.
