As a Settlement Service Analyst at Aviso, you will be responsible for both domestic and foreign equity trade settlements, efficiently processing transactions and maintaining compliance on the SWIFT platform. Your contributions will play a vital role in supporting our trading operations and ensuring timely completion of settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of SWIFT messages for trades
• Confirm trade matches with other institutions
• Manage settlement instructions within industry standards




• Balance and reconcile daily processing discrepancies
• Update and maintain records for failed trade settlements

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the related field
• Familiarity with Dataphile, CDS, and DTC systems
• Previous experience in SWIFT operations preferred
• Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills; bilingual in French is an asset
