Lead safety and compliance efforts for a Canadian fleet as a Safety & Compliance Manager. Oversee regulatory adherence and risk management while driving improvements in safety culture.

Reporting to leadership, the Safety & Compliance Manager adapts corporate safety standards to meet provincial and federal regulations. You will manage safety protocols for approximately 70–80 drivers, oversee one or two direct reports, and partake in compliance administration. This hands-on role involves both office duties and shop floor involvement, ensuring the effective execution of safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety culture initiatives within the fleet
• Manage driver qualification files and ELD compliance




• Conduct accident investigations and manage drug testing programs
• Oversee vehicle registrations and maintenance compliance
• Handle insurance claims and drive process improvements

Requirements:
• Proven experience in safety and compliance management
• Comfortable in multicultural environments
• Ability to adapt policies to local laws
• Available for on-call support
• Solid leadership and communication skills
