We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager with at least five years of managerial or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or service setting. This role requires an understanding of financial performance metrics and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders within Finance, Accounting, and Customer Service. Your expertise in BaaN, coupled with strong Excel skills, will be pivotal in supporting budget completions and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgets and forecasts at consolidated CSM and team levels
• Analyze monthly financial results against budgets and forecasts




• Prepare and publish monthly P&Ls; for all organizational levels
• Review financial integration issues during month-end close
• Provide insights on payroll accuracy and inefficiencies

Requirements:
• 5 years of financial analysis/managerial experience
• CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA designation preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
