Elevate community relations as a Consultant at SaskPower, focusing on Indigenous engagement for future nuclear projects in Saskatchewan. This permanent, full-time position requires a strategic and results-oriented mindset.

In this role, you will provide essential consultation on policy development and engagement strategies that resonate with First Nations and Métis communities. Your primary objective will be to ensure alignment with SaskPower’s goals while fostering a team-oriented work culture that values safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on organizational functions with strategic insight
• Identify business needs and propose operational improvements
• Lead and contribute to engagement initiatives and projects




• Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain relationships that promote teamwork and efficiency

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma with equivalent experience
• Five years in community engagement or policy work
• IAP2 training beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
