As an Operations Specialist, you will provide operational direction and technical support to ensure protected and efficient plant operations. Your expertise in thermal oil processes will be crucial as you lead efforts in daily operations, hazard identification, and compliance with health and safety standards. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are essential to foster a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational direction to CPF Operations teams
• Act as technical support for troubleshooting plant issues




• Promote strong safety leadership and hazard identification
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
• Coordinate key operational performance indicators for optimization

Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of operating experience in thermal facilities
• Second- or Third-Class Power Engineering Certificate
• Strong knowledge of SAGD processes and multi-phase pipelines
• Proven troubleshooting and optimization skills
• Effective communication and mentoring capabilities
