Warehouse Associate - Full Time Saturday - Wednesday

Atripco Delivery Service is a fast-growing, Canadian-owned logistics company with over 50 years of experience in courier, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Calgary operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse responsibilities with dispatch coordination and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for daily shipments lifting up to 50lbs regularly
- Manage all inventory
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries using our dispatch system
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and delivery drivers throughout the day
- Cleaning offices and warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging incoming shipments
- Monitor order flow and ensure all deliveries meet service timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or order issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or dispatch experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, Excel, and basic software systems
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of lifting and moving packages up to 50lbs regularly
