Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Duties

- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Pack, unpack, sort, label and organize goods
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weight (up to 70lbs. frequently & greater than 100lbs occasionally - position with a dolly); continuously throughout the day
- Walk & stand for extended periods of time on various surfaces
- Reaching including over head bend climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
- Pick orders accurately & in a timely manner
- Keep warehouse in neat orderly condition at all times
- Operate equipment in a secure and efficient manner




- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6am - 2pm or 2pm-10pm & Sundays 9am-2pm if required
- Currently live in London area & a permanent resident of Canada
- Must have strong verbal and written skills
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking and order fulfillment processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Team player with energetic and positive attitude
- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and attendance
